ORDER AND RETURN MANAGEMENT
Each order is assigned a unique tracking code, created by the shipping company, which can be found in your shipping confirmation email and in your user account, if one has been created. To track your package, use the tracking code provided by entering it directly on the website of the shipping company that handles the delivery of your order. The tracking code typically becomes active 24 business hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
We ship throughout Italy (including the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City State) and upon request throughout the world by contacting us here.
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt, excluding holidays. Once processed, the order is prepared for shipping and handed over to the carrier.
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible; however, during promotional events, upcoming holidays, or new product introductions, it is reasonable to expect that processing times may be longer.
DELIVERY
Delivery will be made in 3-4 working days. In some areas difficult to reach (for example high mountains and small islands) delivery may require additional 48 hours.
The cost of delivery is standard and is equivalent to €5.00. If the order exceeds €45 it will be free.

RETURN POLICIES
If you have purchased a product on our site, you can exercise your right of withdrawal by deciding to return the product within 14 (fourteen) days of physical possession of the package containing the product, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty.
If you have purchased a service, you can still exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the order confirmation email, provided that the provision of the service has not yet been completed. Any gift vouchers (if any) are considered services.
EXCLUSION FROM RETURN
You will not be able to exercise your right of withdrawal in the cases provided for by Article 59 of the Consumer Code, including:
- Purchase sealed goods that do not need to be returned for hygiene reasons, such as cosmetics, or goods related to health protection that have been opened after delivery.
RETURN PROCEDURE
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal in relation to

□ Refund the amount paid for the returned product
by crediting the relevant amount back to the payment method used;

□ Receive a voucher equal to the price of the returned product that can be used
only on the site:
- Name, Surname and address of the customer
- Customer signature (only if the form is notified in
paper version)

HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS
Products must be returned in their original packaging

perfect condition, with original packaging and any accessories, via

Pursuant to Article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code,
You are responsible for paying return shipping costs
Once you have exercised the right of withdrawal, respecting the terms and methods provided for the return of the products, you will have the possibility of receiving, as indicated in the withdrawal communication sent:
- the refund of the amount paid for the returned products, by crediting the relevant amount using the payment method used;
- a credit equivalent to the price of the returned products, in the form of an Online Voucher, usable exclusively on the Site.
The refund of the product amount (or the issuance of the Online Voucher) will be made within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of your notice of withdrawal. COSMOS SRL SIMPLICIFCATA reserves the right to withhold the refund or postpone the issuance of the Online Voucher until it has received the returned products or until you have provided proof of shipment of the products, depending on which situation occurs first.
